No refund will be issued for this option as the downgrade will be scheduled for the next billing cycle.
- Downgrade Immediately:
- If you choose to downgrade your subscription immediately, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current subscription period. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining time left in your subscription cycle from the date of the downgrade.
How to Downgrade Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription and choose your downgrade option online through the Settings > Billing area of our website. The process is straightforward and allows you to select the option that best suits your needs.
Refund Processing
- Pro-rata Refunds: If you choose to downgrade immediately and are eligible for a pro-rata refund, the refund will be processed automatically. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Non-Refundable Items: Please note that any promotional credits or discounts applied to your original subscription are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund calculation.
